Pageworks Digital is a one-person business operated by Boris, based in Buea, South-West Region, Cameroon.
I build sales pages, landing pages, funnels and email sequences for coaches and online businesses.

This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit pageworksdigital.com or buy a service from me, why I collect it, how long I keep it, and what rights you have over it.
It applies to visitors and clients everywhere. If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, it also explains your rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Information I collect
1. Information you give me directly
When you fill in the Page Teardown form on this site, I collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- The URL of the page you want reviewed
- What you sell and at what price
- Where your traffic comes from
- Roughly how much traffic your page receives
- Any additional notes you choose to add
When you email or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever information you include in that message, along with your email address or phone number.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, standard technical information is collected by my web host and any analytics tools in use. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and how long you stayed.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Payoneer. When you pay an invoice, your payment information goes directly to Payoneer and is handled under their privacy policy, not mine. All I receive is confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and your name or business name.

When you buy a Page Teardown or a Funnel Fix, I review the web page you send me. That page is already public. I may also look at your public social media profiles and any public advertising you run, because that context is part of the work.
If you give me access to a private account - for example your website admin, email platform, or analytics - I only use that access to do the work you hired me for, and only for as long as the project requires.

Marketing emails
I do not run a mailing list and I will not add you to one. The only emails you receive from me are about your enquiry or your project.
Who I share your information with
I do not sell your personal information. I do not trade it, and I do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
I use a small number of service providers to run this business. They can access your information only to provide their service to me:

I operate from Cameroon and my service providers are based in various countries, including the United States and the European Union. This means your information may be stored or processed outside your own country.
Where personal data of UK or EEA residents is transferred internationally, I rely on the safeguards put in place by the providers listed above, which include standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep your information

If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will, unless I am legally required to keep it - invoices being the main example.
How I keep your information safe
- The site runs over HTTPS
- Form submissions are stored in the site database and emailed to me
- My accounts use strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication where available
- Access to client accounts is removed as soon as a project is complete
- I do not share client information with anyone
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what information I hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
- Send you a copy in a portable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Email contact@pageworksdigital.com and I will respond within 30 days. I won't charge you and I won't make it difficult.
If you're in the UK or EEA and you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
This site and my services are for business owners. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, email me and I will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to external services, including Payoneer, Loom and WhatsApp. Once you click through, you're on their platform and their privacy policy applies, not mine.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy I'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant and affects existing clients, I'll email you about it.
