You sell a $500-$10K+ offer, but your page still reads like a $49 ebook.

You’re getting clicks. Maybe even calls. But you know that pause right before “let me think about it”? That’s not your coaching. That’s your page.

THE 30-SECOND CHECK

One number decides whether your traffic becomes income.

Almost no coach I meet knows theirs. Not because they’re careless, because nobody ever told them this was the number that mattered.

Out of every 100 people who land on your page, how many book a call?

Not "a few." Not "it depends." The number. Ninety seconds to find it: bookings in the last 30 days, divided by page views in the same 30 days, times 100. Your page builder or Google Analytics has the views. Calendly or your inbox has the bookings. That’s the whole calculation.

0% 2.5% 6%+ Below 2.5% something specific is broken. 6% or higher genuinely strong.

Across a large study of paid-traffic landing pages, the average was 2.35%. The top 25% hit 5.31% or better. WordStream benchmark data, paid traffic, not coaching pages specifically, but the shape holds.

If you don't know your number

That's the first leak. You're spending on traffic, content and ads - all pointing at a page you've never measured.

Flying blind is expensive.

You know it and it's 6+

You're in good shape. You probably don't need me - and I'd rather say that now than take your money.

Genuinely. Close the tab.

It's under 3

You're losing booked calls every day. And you've probably been blaming your traffic, your niche, or your offer for something the page is doing.

It was never the offer.

Most coaching pages I open are sitting between 1 and 2%.

Not because these are bad coaches. Because you can't read the label from inside the jar. The page makes perfect sense to the person who built it - and loses the person who didn't.

What happens after you click

You send me your page.

One link. That’s the whole form, no discovery call, no questionnaire, no “let’s hop on a quick chat.”

I go through it as a buyer, not a copywriter.

Screen recorded, top to bottom, every place I’d hesitate, get confused, or leave.

48 hours later it’s in your inbox.

The Loom, your leaks ranked by what each one costs, and three headline rewrites you can paste the same day.

Read the report. If you don’t think it was worth $200, say so and I’ll refund you. You keep the report either way.

Am I even talking to you?

Two lists. Find yourself in one of them.

This is you if...

You're already getting traffic

Instagram, YouTube, a newsletter, ads, referrals - something. People are finding you.

You sell a program at $500+

Whether they book a call or buy straight from the page.

The clicks are there, but sales are low

Or the calls come in and half of them shouldn't have.

Your bio link goes to a Linktree

Or a homepage. Or a page a designer built who never wrote a line of sales copy.

You have an email list you've barely touched

You know the number. You know the last time you sent something.

You've already tried fixing this

New photos, new offer, new colours. The number didn't move.

This isn't you if...

You don't have traffic yet

No page fixes zero visitors. Build the audience first, I'd just be taking your money.

You're selling under $500

The math doesn't work for either of us at that price.

You want a beautiful brand site

I build pages that do one job: turn readers into buyers. For an award-winning portfolio site, hire a designer.

You need it live this weekend

Fourteen days. I don't rush the copy, and the copy is the part that works.

You want to approve every sentence

You're hiring me to write what converts, not what sounds like you at a dinner party. I'll explain every choice, but if we're arguing about adjectives on day nine, neither of us wins.

Still here?

Then you almost certainly have at least three of the five leaks below. Coaching funnels break in the same five places. Find yours.

Your bio link goes to a menu, not a decision

Linktree. A homepage with six nav items. A services page listing four packages. You've asked someone who was mildly curious for eleven seconds to make a decision with no information. So they make the easiest one available: back to the feed.

Unbounce’s benchmark data: pages with one link convert around 13.5%. Pages carrying five or more links: 10.5%.

The fix: One page. One offer. One button.

Your page sells you, not the life they want

Read your own opening right now. Certified. 10+ years. My methodology. Passionate about helping. If your framework has the word "journey" in it, that's the leak. Nobody hires a coach because of credentials. They hire you because of who they think they'll be in ninety days.

Every page I open that leads with credentials has the same problem: it answers “why you” before the reader has decided they want the outcome at all.

The fix: Lead with the result they want, in the words they’d use with a friend. Credentials move down the page.

You're handling the wrong objection

Most coaches write their page defending the price. Price is almost never the real objection. The real one is "I've bought something like this before and I didn't follow through." They're not scared of losing money. They're scared of being the person who wastes it again. If your page never says that out loud, their brain fills the silence with the worst answer and closes the tab.

67% of lost sales trace back to poor qualification. 2026 landing page benchmark data

The fix: Name the objection before they think it. Attach your guarantee to the fear, not the price.

You have hundreds of leads you've never spoken to

Open your email platform. Look at the list size. Now look at the date of your last send. Every one of those people raised their hand. Most never bought because nobody followed up.

This is the cheapest revenue in your business. No new traffic. No ad spend. It’s already paid for.

The fix: A five-email sequence that runs the moment someone opts in, plus one reactivation send to the list you’ve been ignoring.

The last step is where the deal quietly dies

They clicked. They read. They want it. Then they hit a bare Calendly that says "30 Minute Meeting", or a checkout page that looks like it belongs to a different business. So they book and don't show. Or they reach the payment page, hesitate for three seconds, and close the tab.

Every funnel I’ve opened where the calls don’t convert had the break before the call, not on it.

The fix: A booking or checkout page with a real reason to show up, four questions maximum, and nothing that makes them wonder if they’re still in the right place.

Sound familiar?

Most coaching funnels I open have three of these five. None are hard to fix, they’re just invisible when you’re the one who built it. Send me your page. I’ll show you exactly which leaks you have, what each one is costing you, and rewrite your headline section so you can see the difference.
