Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you purchase a service from Pageworks Digital.
Pageworks Digital
These terms explain the services, payment arrangements, responsibilities, revisions, ownership and other conditions that apply when you work with Pageworks Digital.
Who you're dealing with
Pageworks Digital is a one-person business operated by Boris, based in Buea, South-West Region, Cameroon.
In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Boris / Pageworks Digital. "You" means the person or business buying a service.
When these terms apply
These terms apply when you buy any service from Pageworks Digital, whether you pay through an invoice, agree by email, or agree over WhatsApp.
If we sign a separate written agreement for a project, that agreement takes priority wherever it differs from this page.
The services
3.1 The Page Teardown
What you get:
- A recorded video, roughly 10 minutes, walking through your page
- A written Leak Report identifying the conversion problems I find, ranked by likely impact, with a recommended fix for each
- Your headline section rewritten - three headline options, a new subheadline and a new call-to-action, written and ready to use
3.2 The 14-Day Funnel Fix
What you get:
- A sales or landing page - copy written first, then built on your existing platform
- A five-email follow-up sequence, plus one reactivation email for your existing list
- Your booking or checkout page rebuilt
- A recorded handoff video explaining the structure
- Unlimited revisions for 14 days after delivery
Platform: I build on WordPress, Framer, Webflow, GoHighLevel, Systeme.io or Kajabi. If you use something else, tell me before you pay and I'll confirm whether I can work with it. Any subscription costs for your platform are yours, not mine.
3.3 Founding client pricing
The $1,500 rate applies to my first three Funnel Fix clients. After that the price is $2,800. The rate you're quoted at the time you pay is the rate that applies to your project.
Payment
Payment in full, in advance. Work starts when payment clears.
50% ($750) before work begins. 50% ($750) on delivery.
Invoices are issued through Payoneer. You can pay by card, ACH or bank transfer. I don't see or store your card details.
All prices are in US dollars. I cover Payoneer's receiving fee. Any fees your own bank or card issuer charges are yours.
4.6 The teardown credit
If you buy a Page Teardown and then buy a Funnel Fix within 30 days of teardown delivery, the $200 is deducted from the Funnel Fix price. One credit per client. It can't be transferred, split across projects, or exchanged for cash.
What I need from you
To deliver on time I need, at the start of the project:
- The URL of the page in question
- Access to your platform, if I'm building
- Information about your offer, your price and your audience
- Any brand assets you want used - logo, images, fonts
- A response to my questions within 2 working days
The 14-day delivery window pauses on the day I ask for something and restarts on the day I get it.
If I've had no response from you for 30 days, I may close the project as complete and invoice the balance for work delivered up to that point.
Revisions and the guarantee
6.1 Page Teardown - the three-leak guarantee
If I review your page and cannot identify at least three genuine conversion problems, I will tell you your page is solid.
The guarantee covers the finding, not your agreement with it. If I identify three or more real leaks and you'd simply have preferred different advice, that isn't a refund - but tell me anyway, because I'd rather know.
6.2 Funnel Fix - the publish guarantee
If you don't want to publish what I build, you don't pay the second half.
To use this you must tell me within 14 days of delivery that you're not going ahead. You keep your first $750 and I keep the copyright in the work - you may not publish, adapt or reuse any of it. See section 7.
6.3 Revisions
Funnel Fix includes unlimited revisions for 14 days from delivery, covering refinement of what was agreed: wording, structure, layout, tone.
It doesn't cover a change of direction - a new offer, a new audience, or a rebuild of something already signed off. That's new work and I'll quote it.
After 14 days, revisions are charged at my current rate.
6.4 Other refunds
Outside 6.1 and 6.2, payments are non-refundable once work has begun, because you're paying for time and completed work rather than a physical product.
Who owns what
7.1 Your work
Once you've paid in full, you own the copy and page structure I create for you. Use it, edit it, republish it - it's yours.
7.2 Before full payment
Until you've paid in full, I retain copyright in everything I produce. If you don't complete payment, you have no right to use the work.
7.3 What stays mine
I keep ownership of my own templates, frameworks, checklists and processes, including the Leak Report format. You're buying the output, not the method.
7.4 Your material
Anything you give me - logo, images, testimonials, existing copy - stays yours. By giving it to me you confirm you have the right to use it and that I can use it to complete your project.
7.5 Showing the work
I may show finished work in my portfolio, on social media and in marketing, including screenshots, a description of the project, and results where you've shared them.
Tell me before or during the project if you'd rather I didn't, and I won't. I will never share private figures you haven't agreed I can share.
What I don't promise
I don't promise a specific conversion rate, a number of booked calls, a volume of sales, or any particular revenue outcome. I can't, and anyone who does is not being straight with you.
Conversion depends on your offer, your pricing, your audience, your traffic quality, your reputation, market conditions and your own follow-up - most of which sit outside anything I control.
What I do promise is careful work, delivered on time, built on established conversion principles and honest analysis of your specific situation.
9. Confidentiality
I keep your business information confidential. Pricing, revenue figures, list size, strategy, anything you share in the course of the work - I don't disclose it, and it doesn't appear in my marketing without your agreement.
This doesn't apply to information that's already public or that I'm legally required to disclose.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- My total liability for any project is capped at the amount you paid me for that project
- I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost opportunity
- I'm not liable for problems caused by your platform, your host, third-party tools, or changes made to the work after I hand it over
Ending a project
11.1 You cancel
- Page Teardown: if you cancel before I've started, full refund. Once I've started, section 6.4 applies.
- Funnel Fix: tell me in writing. You'll be invoiced for work completed to that point, minimum the first $750.
11.2 I cancel
I may end a project and refund what you've paid for undelivered work if:
- You don't provide what I need under section 5
- The project turns out to be materially different from what you described
- You're abusive to me
11.3 Not a fit
If, after seeing your page, I don't think I'm the right person for the job, I'll say so and refund you in full. This is rare, but I'd rather do that than take money for work I can't do well.
Communication
WhatsApp is available for quick questions during a live project. It isn't monitored 24 hours a day.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you paid. Changes don't apply retroactively to a project already underway.
14. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
These terms, plus any written project agreement, are the whole agreement between us. Nothing said informally overrides them unless it's confirmed in writing.
